Upon receipt of your failed media, a data recovery technician
will perform a free evaluation, which normally takes between
2 to 24 hours to complete. There is never any charge for
this
evaluation. The technician will contact you with the
results and request your permission to proceed
with data recovery. The actual recovery process will
then
begin and could take as
little as 24 hours.
